daily. Ea LEVEL ONE coy will draw AC panels and Red SMK Gren for
ident. Ea LEVEL TWO PI will be similarly equipped.
f. Secur of Stores/Vehs. Coy arrangements per para 6C Adm O.
g. Discipline.
(1) All disciplinary matters shall be directed to TF RSM or TF Comd as
appropriate.
(2) Formal disciplinary action is to be taken by Coy Comds in the event
soldiers remove "Ammo Souvenirs". Recommend Birks - it's cheaper!
h. Parent Unit Adm/Individual Rotation. Parent unit adm will not take place during
clr ops and will be performed after 1800 hrs. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCE
will parent units replace individual soldiers, since BEFORE any soldier engages
in rge clr ops, it is MANDATORY he be given Formal Safety briefing and trg per
Anx A and Ref D.

5. COMD AND SIG
a. Comd and Staff Appts. Per Anx F to Adm 0.
b. 1 CBG ATO is appt Chief Safety Offr for Op. HA/HB/HE and SPEC qual pers
will report to him via unit comms on safety matters/violations etc. The Chief
Safety Offr is empowered, through the chain of comd, to halt loc clr op at sub-unit
level in the event of serious safety violations; he will continuously "rove" to
sqn/coys and consult with Comds and safety pers.
c. TFHQ. Palomino Rge Hut GR 986544. Opened 17 Aug and remains open until op
completion. See also Anx F to this order.
d. Freqs. As per SOL Level one coys/sqn on multi-con net.
e. Dud Reports. Dud reports will be passed as fols:
(1) From sub-units to Coy/Sqn HQs by rad immediately a dud/suspected dud
is loc IAW Anx E. Coys/Sqn will in return report DUD REP by Rad to
TFHQ.
(2) Written dud report sheets (full) passed by hand to TFHQ at daily Coord
Conf 1630 hrs.
(3) Format for these reports is att as Anx E. Sheets will be prep by TFHQ and
issued to units prior to 27 Aug; and
(4) Additional forms are aval at TFHQ.
f. Maps. Aval at TFHQ/Ops.
g. Dml Tm Reports. 1 CBG ATO will be given completed dud report sheets by TF
Ops Offr NLT 1800 hrs ea day. Duds to be reported by rad as destroyed and Dud
Reports annotated accordingly. ATO will maint comms TFHQ Comd Net during
dml. These reports are to be rtn to TF Ops Off r after completion of daily dmls.
h. After Action Report. An after action report will be compiled by TF Ops within 15
days of the Op and fwd to HQ 1 CBG; pts raised by OCs will be incl. These
reports will be kept as part of the historical data for the Rge.
J. EOD Related Incidents. The procedures in CFP 153(2) will be fol and an
"Accident Incident Defect and Malfunction Report" shall be submitted via TFHQ
Ops. NOTE: This report is in addition to the rad and written dud reports.
