the University of Queensland, and in the community. Her novel The Veil
of Gold was recently named best fantasy novel in the American Library
Association s reading list awards.
Sean Williams is the author of over thirty books and seventy short
stories, the latter most recently collected in Magic Dirt: The Best of Sean
Williams. He writes for young readers as well as adults across several
genres, and has been known to pen the odd dodgy haiku. His
novelisation of Star Wars: The Force Unleashed was the first game-related
tie-in to debut at #1 on the New York Times hardback bestseller list. He
lives in Adelaide with his family, and DJs in his spare time.
Danielle Wood is the author of the Vogel Award-winning The Alphabet of
Light and Dark and Rosie Little s Cautionary Tales for Girls. She lectures in
English and creative writing at the University of Tasmania.
Sarah Xu is an artist, writer, director, full-time parent and student. Her
main distraction at present is the completion of her practice-based PhD
looking at gender, art and web 2.0, to which her remix of  Alchymical
Romance contributed. Sarah s cyberfeminist artwork can be viewed on
her PhD project blog fiftytwoacts.wordpress.com. Most of her
cyberfeminist work, published under the pseudonym Sajbrfem, is
available for use and remix under Creative Commons licenses.
